Site Supervisor – Flagstaff, Arizona

Two Hawks is currently seeking a skilled Site Supervisor for their Flagstaff, Arizona division. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising subcontractors, managing daily site activities, enforcing compliance with safety regulations, and liaising with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving any on-site issues that may arise, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of site supervision.
Duties:
· Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
· Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and other on-site personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards.
· Document daily job logs with up-to-date notes, photos, milestones, and anticipated events
· Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment for all workers and visitors.
· Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify potential hazards, cleanliness, quality issues, or deviations from project requirements, and take corrective actions as necessary.
· Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address concerns, provide progress updates, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
· Manage material procurement, delivery, and inventory to ensure timely availability and efficient utilization on-site.
· Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and professionalism.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to on-site personnel, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment conducive to success and growth.
