Job Description:

Eman Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle/High School Math Teacher to join our dynamic faculty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective learning environment, fostering a love for mathematics, and helping students achieve their full academic potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and educational goals of Eman Schools.
• Teach a range of math courses, including but not limited to Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus.
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and ensure the success of all students.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Prepare students for standardized tests and other assessments as required.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Integrate Islamic values and principles into the curriculum and classroom activities.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive educational community.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s math program.
• Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance.
• Uphold the school's mission, vision, and values in all professional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Valid teaching certification/license for the state of Indiana preferred.
• Proven experience teaching math at the middle or high school level.
• Strong understanding of various math curricula and instructional methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Commitment to integrating Islamic values into the educational experience.
• Proficiency with educational technology and remote teaching tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching in a private or Islamic school setting.
• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and strategies for diverse learners.
• Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities, such as math clubs or competitions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,500.00 per month
