Job Overview
Charles Construction Services is actively seeking a talented Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team of construction professionals. In this role, you will be tasked with the critical responsibility of refining and perfecting surfaces of poured concrete, encompassing a diverse range of applications from floors and walks to sidewalks, roads, and curbs. Utilizing a blend of hand and power tools, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of concrete finishing techniques, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
- Comprehensive knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools specific to concrete finishing.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy tools and materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
