Embassy Tattoo Studio in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a part time and full time, front desk receptionist to work between two tattoo studios in Fayetteville.

Job description

Receptionists represent our studio, and are responsible for checking clients in and out, utilizing the phone system, processing payments, general administrative work, housekeeping, creating marketing content, meeting sales targets, and assisting clients, artists, and owners as requested. A welcoming, positive attitude and friendly personality is a MUST for this position.

Applicants must be able to work under pressure, able to multitask independently and have strong customer service. Applicants must be a people person, motivated, have child care experience and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service
• At least 1 years sales experience
• Ability to create a friendly bond and engage with clients
• Experience in customer service, sales and child care as we are a family studio. Supervising children in studio.
• Must be able to quickly pick up and implement a specific communication style and uphold company standards
• Self starter

Benefits:

Employee discount after 90 days of regular employment

Commission earnings weekly

Pay: 10.50 to 12.00 per hour depending on experience

We are a family studio and looking for a dynamic family orientated person that is customer service driven.
