Position Overview

Responsible for expanding our commercial client base, promoting our range of services and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Essential Job Functions

• Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs
• Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their HVAC and plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
• Knowledge of heating, plumbing, electrical and cooling systems
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients, while maintaining the minimum expectations of quotes needed
• Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer / prospect decision-makers within a designated territory
• Complete required Customer KPI expectations, CRM-Service Titian entries, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy
• Ensure you are on track to target revenues with regards to sales funnel accuracy and health
• Proactively prospect for new business opportunities , up-sell to existing customers (new product sales) within a specific set of named accounts

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior sales experience required
• Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
• Responsibilities may require working weekends

• Carrying supplies, up to 25 lbs.
