JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Operations (RCO) Supervisor is responsible for providing supervisory oversight to the staff responsible for performing daily activities for designated team. Supervises team members by empowering, coaching, providing guidance, and leading by example. Provides staff with opportunities for learning and personal growth.

You will:

• Supports the objectives of the Department Manager.
• Ensures that all processing and quality standards are maintained. Assist in completing random quality review to ensure processes are being followed and identifying training needs and/or improvement opportunities.
• Implements enhanced work processes within the department, as directed by management.
• Evaluates workflow and workloads throughout the department on a daily basis. Alerts manager to backlog conditions. Implements corrective action, as directed.
• Provides team member support in resolution of reimbursement issue.

• Requires the ability to adapt to urgent deadlines or changing priorities and maintain composure in high stress situations at all times.
