Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Specialist role with Allstate Insurance: Geetu Mistry. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing client relationships. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting and identifying potential customers, conducting sales presentations, providing insurance quotes, and closing deals. This is a hybrid role, with the main location in Exton, PA, but some remote work opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Lucensed Property & Casualty is preferred
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new products and processes
• Experience in sales training or sales management is a plus
• Driven and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
• Insurance industry knowledge or experience is beneficial
