Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide care and support to expectant mothers during the stages of childbirth.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor the health of mothers and fetuses throughout labor and delivery
- Assist with pain management techniques during labor
- Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed
- Educate patients on postpartum care and newborn care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Experience in primary care and ICU settings
- Proficiency in sonography for fetal monitoring
- Knowledge of acute pain management techniques
- Ability to perform phlebotomy and IV infusions
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems
- Understanding of workers' compensation laws related to maternity care
- Knowledge of ophthalmology as it relates to newborn assessments
- Competence in airway management for emergency situations
