Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Telemetry to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit setting.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform diagnostic evaluations including CT scans and spinal taps
- Conduct IV insertions and manage IV lines
- Provide care for patients across various age groups including pediatrics, geriatrics, and infants
- Utilize medical terminology effectively
- Document patient care accurately using the Epic system
- Assist with hospital medicine procedures

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in IV insertion techniques
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
- Experience in pediatric and geriatric patient care
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations such as CT scans and spinal taps
- Knowledge of hospital medicine practices
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Competence in infant care

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,200.00 per week
