YOUR LIFE AS HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH REP

In this dispatching position, you're the voice of our company! With excellent customer service in mind, you take calls and schedule HVAC appointments. Your organization skills serve you well as you coordinate schedules and dispatch service technicians in a way that helps them best utilize their time. Additionally, you take the initiative to sell comfort agreements to customers when the opportunity presents itself as well as pull permits when needed. You enjoy the variety in your workday and find fulfillment in making sure that our customers' needs are met!

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A HVAC CUSTOMER SERVICE - DISPATCH REP

This Customer Service position works a full-time schedule from 8a-4:30p Monday-Friday.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
