Apartment Community is Hiring an Apartment Property Manager Near Escondido, CA
Job Description
We are seeking a Property Manager for an opportunity at an apartment community in Escondido, CA and surrounding areas such as Valley Center, Scripps Ranch, PQ, Rancho Bernardo, Vista, San Marcos.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations at the community
- Investigate and resolve resident complaints
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise onsite leasing office staff and maintenance staff deliverables
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- ***Previous and/or relevant residential Property Management experience***
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay Range:
- $19/hr-20/hr. (Depending on Experience and Apartment Community)
- Weekly pay!
