Looking for a friendly, hard-working, and flexible front desk coordinator for a successful plastic surgery office located in Englewood, CO. Spanish Speaking

Must be knowledgeable, friendly, and energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This is a fast-paced position with multiple responsibilities. Candidates must possess the ability to multi-task, work in a team environment and must be self-motivated. A minimum of 1 year previous experience in medical front office/reception or upscale retail or spa environment is a Huge Plus!

Essential Skills and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to maintain flexibility and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all happenings in the office are seamless and effective.
• Warm, punctual, detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized mode of operation.
• Understanding of general medical office procedures and terminology. A wide-ranging knowledge base applicable to plastic surgery is a plus.
• Greet patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
• Scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
• Confirming daily appointments.
• Ensuring availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Assisting in projects with management staff.
• Assist in office events marketing and execution.
• Maintaining clinic environment.
• All other administrative duties as assigned.
