Centennial Eye & Cosmetic Associates is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Aurora, CO

Centennial Eye & Cosmetic Associates is a private practice in Aurora, CO. We specialize in Optometry, Ophthalmology and Cosmetic services. Our office is open Monday - Friday from 7:30 - 5:00 treating a wide range of eye diseases and conditions along with routine and cosmetic care.
One of our medical receptionists is being promoted to a technician role and we are looking for a candidate that can fill her role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Checking patients in
  • Verifying demographic information
  • Checking patients out
  • Collecting copays
  • Deductibles and co-insurance
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Triaging incoming calls and routing to the appropriate person/department. 
  • Additional responsibilities include referrals in and out, product sales, patient education and cash drawer management. 
  • Training and support are provided.
