About YouYou enjoy working on early-stage teams and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment. As Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal in leveling up our team and processes to prepare for the next phase of growth.
What You'll DoStrategize:
- Help leadership team align with discussion and documentation
- Hold leadership team accountable through relentlessly tracking action items and prioritizing
- Support the executive team in preparing materials for Board of Directors meetings
- Act as a strategic sounding board to the founders of unspun
Organize:
- Help maintain relationships with existing and new investors
- Co-lead fundraising activities through maintaining pitch decks, financing docs, data room
Mobilize:
- Constantly evaluate organizational gaps and capabilities and can be a substitute project manager for one-off special projects
- Maintain and manage a network of professional service providers, e.g. counsel, to unblock the team from administrative and compliance tasks
- Represent unspun, and act as the CEO proxy, in unique circumstances
- You can switch between strategic big-picture and meticulous micro-details
- You holistically consider the needs of the entire unspun enterprise
- You are highly structured and logical while being people-centric and trust-building
- You have experience with senior leadership at startups and have founder empathy
- You are a torch-bearer of our culture and values
- You can work independently while having the super-power in finding common ground in a highly cross-functional setting
- You are capable of working in a resource-constrained environment
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a strong track record of detail-oriented project execution
