What We Offer:
O’Leary’s provides its technicians both short sleeve and long sleeved shirts, work pants, an allowance towards work shoes, a sweatshirt, cap and winter beanie. Each tech has a fully stocked truck, a company cell phone and company tablet at his disposal. We also offer continuing education as well as access to monthly training. Techs in the service department also receive monthly bonuses based on performance achievements.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking candidates who wish to be part of our dynamic corporation who are ready to meet the demands of a growing company to fill a plumbing technician position in our service department.

You will perform plumbing service tasks including but not limited to commercial and residential plumbing repairs, maintenance and equipment installations.

You will attend weekly meetings geared towards creating team culture, a desire for success and growth, customer satisfaction techniques and technical training/updates.

You will receive support and innovative learning opportunities in service and service plumbing methods.

You will use the latest technology and software to help provide clear information to customers.

You will be responsive to customer needs while projecting an image of quality and respect resulting in a consistent customer experience.

This is a full-time position. Most work orders take place with arrival times starting at 8:00 am and ending by 5:00 pm; opportunities for overtime.

The ideal candidate:

-At least 5 years’ experience with Journeyman License

-Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail and follow-up skills

-Maintains a friendly demeanor towards customers and works well with diverse personalities

-Exhibits strong mechanical skills

-Teamwork mindset with the ability to learn and take direction from others

-Receipt of High school diploma or equivalent required

-Reliable with excellent attendance required

-Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

-Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
