Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, confident, upbeat, and detail oriented Host/Hostess to join our team. The Host/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the establishment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

- Experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a hotel or restaurant
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities
- Familiarity with food service operations
