We are seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a base salary ranging from $34,000 to $40,000 , with additional commission opportunities ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 based on upsells.

We also provide other incentives until you obtain your insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to existing clients.
• Assist in marketing efforts to attract new customers once licensed.

• Ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent communication.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
• Implement strategies to exceed quotas and performance objectives.
• Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.

Requirement

• License Requirements : Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License and have previous customer service or office experience to be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong computer skills.
• Proficient in navigating and utilizing features of agency-specific software platforms.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
