Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $16-19/hr., Depending on Experience
Location: Denver, CO 80207
Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience.

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from clients/customers in a professional manner.
- Product and/orservice knowledge.
- Ability to patiently and politely resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Conducting follow-up calls with customers when necessary.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
