6 month W2 Contract Business Recruiter

Hybrid in Denver, CO (on-site Tuesday and Wednesday)

At our company, the People team is the foundation of everything we do. We believe that attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining talent is core to our success. As a Business Recruiter in this role, you’ll support full-cycle recruiting for Sales positions.

In this position, you’ll leverage your Business recruiting experience to support a range of Revenue Generation positions across , including (but not limited to), high volume sales, mid-level and senior leadership, Marketing and Customer Success.

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment supporting high volume Sales teams
• Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those goals
• Create unique strategies to identify, attract, engage and close the best talent from branding and events to sourcing and referrals
• Manage candidates in process to provide them with the most delightful candidate experience
• Build proactive pipelines to support high volume teams
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Compensation, HR Business Partners, and Executive Operations
• Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting at our company by challenging the status quo and providing useful suggestions for improvement

Here’s what we're looking for:

• 3 years of full-cycle Sales Recruiting recruiting experience, ideally with 2 years supporting high volume hiring
• Tactical experience using Greenhouse, Workday, and other recruiting tools such as Gem, Calendly, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience coaching hiring managers, providing consultative guidance throughout the recruiting process
• Proven experience with passive sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry level, to senior leadership positions
• Familiarity with funnel metrics - you can use your data to understand and predict candidates needed to achieve hiring targets
• Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity
