Kanner & Pintaluga, a dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm, seeks a highly motivated and passionate Property Damage Coordinator to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Damage Coordinator possesses superb research, multitasking, and customer service skills. They are expected to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. To ensure success, the Property Damage Coordinator will be assigned to clients’ cases that require a property damage claim and will serve as a liaison between the clients and the insurance companies to ensure the claim gets settled properly and quickly.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Perform general office clerk duties.
- Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with clients and third parties.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- Record information as needed.
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed.
- Coordinate events and meetings as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
- High school/GED diploma required.
- Personal Injury experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Legal experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
