Kforce is Hiring an Accounting Assistant Near Del Mar, CA
- Non-Racing season: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Race season: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm
- Summer - July 19 - September 8, 2024
- Fall - October 31 - December 1, 2024
- Coordinate, prepare for posting and post all month-end Journal Entries
- Prepare JE folders and file properly
- Prepare Fixed Assets for reviewing and posting
- Proof GL balances with FAS monthly reports
- Save all month-end fixed assets reports with proofing notes
- Tag new fixed assets with System number for future identification
- File new fixed assets and disposition in corresponding file folders
- Print monthly Financial Statements after GL is closed for all companies; General, Trust and LLC
- Prepare Fidelity Monthly Average Interest report and submit for reviewing and updating website
- Prepare Daily Distribution posting sheets for CHRIMS postings
- For Brick n mortar and ADW commissions for Trust and General GL accounts
- Update Daily Money Room reports and assist with season end money room reconciliation
- This position requires someone with at least 3 years of work experience in Accounting
- Accounting software: Sage 100 and Excel worksheets

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
