LHH is Hiring a Bank Teller Near Deerfield, IL

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Bank Teller. As a bank teller, you will be the face of our institution, providing exceptional service to our clients while efficiently and accurately handling their financial transactions. This is a permanent position that is located near Deerfield, IL.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, and other basic banking transactions.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs and goals.
  • Uphold security measures to protect the bank and its customers against fraud and theft.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a bank or financial institution setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Willingness to adhere to banking regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with banking software and systems.
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $48,000.00 per year
