- Oversee schedule of installation of systems by managing, training, and directing sub crews
- Thorough knowledge of Plumbing or Mechanical installation and the technical aspects of your trade, combined with a strong knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Oversee schedule of installation of systems by managing, training, and directing sub crews
- Check, double check and triple check measurements for underground rough-in.
- Maintain and manage inventory of onsite materials, tracking/receiving.
- Maintain and submit daily and weekly reporting records.
- Supervise and direct subcontract plumbing or mechanical labor.
- Maintain adequate supplies and materials on site for subcontract installation and production.
- Ability to forecast 2-3 weeks in advance for material orders and delivery.
- Weekly/daily job site meetings
- Attend safety meetings and tool box talks
- Must be able to handle basic computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
