Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Server/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Busser, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and supporting the overall dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and Seat Guests: Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and provide menus.
• Take Orders: Accurately take food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring all special requests are noted.
• Serve Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure guests have everything they need.
• Bussing Tables: Clear tables efficiently, remove dirty dishes, and reset tables for the next guests.
• Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
• Assist Team: Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operation.
• Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Knowledge of Menu: Stay informed about menu items, daily specials, and restaurant events to answer guest questions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a server, busser, or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attitude: Positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
• Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with the restaurant team to provide excellent service.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
