Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
• Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales

• Develop effective negotiation strategies to close contracts with Buyers' Agents
• Present selling points and suggested asking prices to sellers in a concise and clear manner
• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Reach out to clients and provide routine reports on the status of their listing to promote customer satisfaction and referrals

Qualifications:

• Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• 1 year of prior experience in the real estate industry
• Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Live in Maryland or Pennsylvania
