This Successful Candidate Will Assist With
- user account management (creating and approving user accounts, updating emails, assigning roles and privileges)
- troubleshooting user requests
- updating and maintaining course materials
- putting course and assessment information in order
- inputting attendance and parking information
- assisting customers with any questions about the system in general or the enrollment process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent data organization skills including experience in data entry or working with a database.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to write and speak professionally with people across all levels of government.
- The ability to work independently and be proactive about any potential issues that may arise.
