**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/ Material Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our outdoor grounds, ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment. As well as operating a forklift to assist in the warehouse.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain and care for landscapes, gardens, and lawns

- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and mowing

- Operate hand tools and power tools effectively and safely

- Irrigate plants and grass as needed

- Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter

- Assist in minor repairs and maintenance of outdoor structures

-Operate forklift to move barrels of material and pallets from different areas of a large warehouse.

-Cleaning up spills.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques

- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
