Join us as the Leader of an HVAC installation crew, where you'll be at the forefront of completing projects to perfection. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in installing new/replacement HVAC equipment while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Work on various residential and commercial projects, covering a range of HVAC systems and components.
  • Interpret construction drawings and cut sheets on-site.
  • Occasionally work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.
  • Perform equipment preparation, testing, and start-up.
  • Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently.
  • Train and mentor less experienced crew members.
  • Perform physical tasks.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience.
  • EPA Refrigeration Handling certification is required.
  • NATE certification preferred.
  • Must have own tools for daily tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Comfortable working in various environments, including attics and crawlspaces.
