The Project Manager at Anta Electric interacts and maintains contact with existing and prospective customers for the purpose of identifying, verifying, and documenting needs, expectations, and project due dates and timelines. They manage a variety of accounts and projects; they also assess various procedures in the production process, and maintain an open line of communication with customers. In addition, the project manager has responsibilities in the direct manufacturing facility.

Essential job functions include:

• Plan, organize, and manage contract manufacturing projects from start to successful completion, including meeting with customers; Learning and demonstrating competency in all Anta Electric products and services
• Developing a strong understanding of delivery capabilities associated with the products and services offered
• Initiating contact with clients to begin projects; ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding process
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to customers about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Developing project timelines, managing deliverables, and communicating progress and setbacks
• Ensuring all project related tasks are completed in the required time frame both externally (by the client) and internally (by various departments)
• Escalating issues when necessary to or within the proper department
• Create accurate daily/weekly status reports
• Tracking project progress within our project management system
• Taking ownership and responsibility of projects with a goal of ensuring client satisfaction and success
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to customers about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• And other duties as assigned by Management

Skills & knowledge:

• Significant experience in customer relationship management
