Position Overview

The Inventory Control Specialist completes various tasks and audits, all contributing to the overall accuracy of the facilities Inventory count.

Job Duties:

• Investigating inventory shortages and discrepancies.
• Ensures that inventory cycle counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner.
• Files Incident reports and debits with supplier when defective goods are found in the inventory.
• Instructs others on how and where to return defective goods.
• Responsible for the organization of a particular area for returned goods to ensure that product is accounted for, and proper credit is applied.
• Presents various reports to management for review.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to operate a computer and ERP system.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma 
•  5 years experience
