**JOB OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an Office Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients. This position provides a wide variety of challenges and opportunities requiring the use of tools, software, and technology to solve problems across multiple company functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:**

* Actively listen and assess client needs to provide effective, value-added solutions

* Resolve complex and often specialized client needs related to our Office accounting products

* Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner

* Demonstrate accomplished understanding of the technical capabilities of our products

* Diagnose and escalate complex or red flag cases to Level III

* Weekly rotating shifts to cover the 24-hour after hours emergency response line

* Document client interaction in CRM

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

* Intermediate to advanced accounting experience or equivalent education

* Enjoys communicating with clients through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

* Passion for mastering new software / technologies

* Technically savvy with curiosity for how software works

* Articulate, confident and friendly communication skills

* Self-motivated team player with a positive outlook and strong work ethic

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

* Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university

Seeking fast paced and detail oriented individual with a passion for customer support. This position will be required to work West Coast hours from 11AM EST- 8PM EST (M-F). We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that love to problem solve and instruct clients when using our Accounting software.
