Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our dynamic team at a leading investment bank based in Chicago. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining both in-office and remote work to provide flexibility and balance. The Compliance Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring our operations adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, thereby safeguarding the bank's reputation and operational integrity.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of compliance experience within an investment bank. Experience working with SEC and FINRA regulations is required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services industry, preferably within investment banking.
- In-depth understanding of SEC, FINRA, and other relevant regulations
- Series certifications preferred but not required
