Duties:
- Review Drawings, Project plans, requirements, and specifications
- Perform cost Estimating and Project Take-Offs
- Join Estimators and Ownership on-site visits, pre-bids, and client meetings
- Track Job Hours, Machine Logs, and Field Notes
- Help manage change orders, Field Tickets, Trucking Tickets, and project closeout documents
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent
- 1-4 years construction experience, internships, or field experience
- Background in earthwork
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines
