Job Summary: Responsible for assuring work processes are completed and performed properly. Safely and securely sort pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards. Oversees and manages woodchip grinder. Operates forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count pallets. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Conducts operations in a manner than promotes safety and complies with OSHA standards. Assists the Lowe's team with planning and the fulfillment of objectives. Provides the Lowe's team with frequent updates, results, and recommendations.

Full Details:
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
45% Sorting, repairing, and accurately counting pallets. Managing inventory including forecasting and auditing.
40% Operating a forklift safely and efficiently to move, locate, stack, and load pallets. Organizing and securing stored pallets.
10% Keeping track of KPIs (key performance indicators) and reporting back frequent updates to Lowe’s management. Collaborates with management and makes suggestions as needed. Reports any damage to equipment or any other safety hazards.
5% Performing general clean-up tasks to keep work area clean and free of excess debris.
Equipment, Machines, and Software Used:
Ability to operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, telephones, and photocopier.
