About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader for the role of Deputy Chief Information Officer (DCIO). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of a diverse technology portfolio, ensuring that it aligns with the business goals of the institution and promotes organizational agility and efficiency. This role involves leading high-performing teams, championing technology initiatives, and supporting the institution's strategic priorities. The DCIO will also be instrumental in the development and implementation of a modern identity and access management strategy, as well as overseeing financial resource allocation, audit and compliance functions, and risk management efforts.Ideal candidates for the DCIO position at the company will have a strong background in information technology, with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, IT project management, and governance within a higher education setting. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of transformative impact, a commitment to detail and execution, and the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization. A passion for technology, a high level of integrity, and the ability to foster a culture of innovation and technical professional development are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' related experience, including management of large enterprise technology teams.
