In this role the Service Technician must be a customer oriented individual, with the ability to perform a variety of support activities in the service function. They will assess and respond to situations using standard procedures and report design, reliability and maintenance problems to the Service Management team. Npte: The pay rate for this job is $20 $26 / hour(DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Provide service and customer support while visiting field or customer sites Follow work schedules and respond to work requests
• Accomplish installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations
• Build positive relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years Electrical expereince
• High School Graduate/GED
• OSHA 10 / 30
• Preferred NFPA70E/Arc
• Flash Training preferred
• Certified and comfortable using lift equipment
• The Service technician must be customeroriented & wellmannered
• Flexible with scheduling and traveling (Some nights & weekend work)
• Must be able to troubleshoot
• The proper candidate will be an independent thinker/worker and will be able to take on tasks and projects without being micromanaged
• Must have non expired form of Identification
• Must have reliable transportation indepth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area
• Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems - for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multimeter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action
• Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
• References that will verify your professional skills and experience
