FLOORING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Join the Go Flooring team as a Sales Representative, where you will be at the forefront of driving our growth by bringing our top-quality, American-made flooring and bath solutions to customers across the Southeast. With our focus on speed, affordability, and exceptional products from renowned suppliers like Shaw and Mohawk, you’ll be part of a team that’s changing the home renovation industry.

Employment Type W2 Employment Commission-Only Position Compensation Commissions Rate: 7.5% of the contract price

  • Average Contract Value: $11,000 Average Commission per Deal: $825

Appointments Frequency: 12-15 qualified appointments per week, focused on customers seeking quotes for flooring or bath renovations.

Trip Fee: $25 per appointment run, covering gas expenses.

Monthly Volume Bonus Range: $800 - $6,000, rewarding you for achieving higher sales volumes. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days.

Average Annual Earnings: $115,000

Top Representatives: Earning over $200,000 annually.

Payments made upon installation, with an average installation time of 5 days.
