**Responsibilities**

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center, we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health, social and support services in the heart of Chandler, Arizona. As part of our team, you will provide clinical expertise; support and oversight that helps ensure our Therapy patients receive exceptional care. The REHAB DEPARTMENT at Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic environment where you can pursue a highly challenging and rewarding career. We are seeking an candidate who performs complex customer service representative duties with little supervision. Serves as a resource to others. Responsibilities:

Under the general supervision of the East Valley Rehabilitation Leadership team, this Administrative position interacts with all Arizona Division rehabilitation and non-rehabilitation departments. Tasks include but are not limited to: ordering of supplies and equipment, maintaining databases, collecting and reporting productivity data, facilitating various projects to their completion, billing reconciliation, organizing and scheduling meetings (including room reservations, room/equipment setup), and other tasks that may be assigned by the rehabilitation leadership team.

Desired skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite

**Qualifications**

**Minimum:**

* Three years related experience.

* High School Diploma/GED.

**Preferred:**

* Advanced knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

* Good time management for deadlines, due dates and responses.

* Well organized for seamless transitions and understanding by others.

* Ability to multi-task and prioritize with tactful, appropriate and calm communication.

* Purposeful and meaningful interactions to bring forth new ideas and expressing clarifying questions.
