Description:
Creates and sends purchase orders to vendors for supplies and materials; calendars delivery dates and follow up dates for all orders
Communicates with vendors by email and phone regarding Purchase Orders
Checks POs, updates notes, and calendars check back dates
Authorizes payments and maintains receipts, records and inventories
Seeks approvals for POs to be taken off hold and received
Coordinates shipments to and from vendors, including all needed paperwork
