A NYC-based non-profit organization is seeking a full-time RN Nurse Manager to join their team in Brooklyn, NY
About the Opportunity:
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for:

- Hybrid or Remote: Fully on-site
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2 rotating Saturdays per month
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Saturday 10AM-2PM
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
- Etc.: Seeing patients of all ages.
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
- Facilitates health center huddles
- Day to day health center clinical flow and operations
- Nursing triaging and assessment
- Participates in the training of members of the patient care team
- Evaluates performance of the Medical Assistant and Registered Nurse
- Ensures nursing practices of the care team as well as own practices are in accordance with nursing standards, local, state and federal guidelines and organizational policy
- 2-3 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory position as an RN
- BSN degree required, MSN preferred
- Active NYS RN license
- Experience working with underserved populations (i.e. homeless, mentally ill, substance abuse, etc..)
- Primary/Urgent Care experience preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience working with pediatrics preferred
