WellLife Network is seeking a Registered Nurses to join its Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Bronx & Brooklyn teams.

The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is team-based treatment model that provides multidisciplinary, flexible treatment and support to people with severe mental illness. We are seeking passionate individuals with experience with behavioral health to fill the following positions in the above locations:

Qualifications

• Valid NYS Nurse Registration and License
• Two years’ experience working with Mental Health and Substance Abuse consumers preferred.
• Experience working with behavioral health population preferred.
• Valid New York State driver’s license and vehicle required – candidates are subject to regulatory background checks and must be willing to utilize own vehicle for home visits.
• COVID-19 Vaccination required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
