Location: Bronx, NY
Schedule: M-F 8:30AM – 5:30PM
Weekly Hours: 40
Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $128,000.00
JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Educator to create a unique and impactful learning experience tailored to the needs of our healthcare workforce. This role involves developing a strategic education plan by analyzing current workforce data, devising overarching strategies, planning educational pipelines, and evaluating the effectiveness of these initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Master's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5 ) years of experience conducting training classes or serving as an Education Coordinator in a healthcare facility.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with elderly population
- License: Current active and unrestricted license in NYS as a Registered Nurse, required.
