We have been engaged by a Boston-based, boutique strategy consulting firm to conduct a search for a Strategy Consultant. While the firm is based in Boston with a preference for local, in-office candidates, the firm is open to non-local employees working on a hybrid model.
The firm works with Fortune 500 as well as mid-size ($500MM-5Bn) companies. They are active across all sectors; they also work with private equity firms advising on diligence and post-deal strategy.
Ideal candidates for the Consultant role will likely have:
- A strong background in growth strategy consulting
- Client - and engagement management - experience
- Experience managing small teams
- Ideally, some experience in Consumer/Luxury/Retail
This position offers:
