POSITION OVERVIEW:

Hyzon Motors Inc. (NASDAQ: HYZN) is a technology-driven hydrogen company with a singular mission to revolutionize energy by leveraging our leadership in fuel cell technology and building the hydrogen ecosystem. We are a global company focused on commercializing hydrogen fuel cell vehicles in the trucking and logistics sector.

We are searching for a Global Systems Engineering Coordinator. This position will report to the VP of Global Systems Engineering, providing program management and coordination of globally shared sub-systems for fuel cell powertrain integration. This individual will utilize their program management skills, technical acumen, and global coordination skills to efficiently move sub-system developments forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and maintain a sub-system quality gate process that supports top level platform quality gate timing and development

• Work directly with VP of Global Systems Engineering to ensure programs are on time and within budgets
• Create and maintain a visual management board as needed to support alignment of programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience leading technical development programs to production
• Curiosity to learn about fuel cell technology, hydrogen, and clean technologies
• Understanding of the soft skills required to move an organization forward.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to distill information into knowledge and present graphically
• Ability to understand the vision, anticipate needs, and takes initiative to accomplish the tasks
• Knowledgeable on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

• Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, or Software)
• Technical background in automotive/trucking development
• Optimistic attitude and personal drive to accomplish a task
