**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars

- Verify patient insurance information and process payments

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

- Assist with administrative tasks to support the medical team

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in medical office procedures and terminology

- Experience with electronic health records systems

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient service

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in a dental office or urgent care setting is a plus
