We are HILTON HEAD HONDA, a part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are looking to add talented BDC Representative / Call Center Agent to our team of professionals.

Our service department is expanding so we need to add a BDC Representative / Call Center Agent to work with our award-winning team representing the Honda brand!

Our BDC Representative / Call Center Agent should be passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people throughout the working day.

Starting pay $15.00 per hour Plus Bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
  • Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
  • Develop pipeline of sales and service business opportunities (partnerships, etc.) leads through
  • Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
  • Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends
  • Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees
  • Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications

  • Auto dealership retail experience a plus
  • Auto dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience
  • Previous call center experience a plus
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Solid working knowledge of the Internet
  • Familiarity with automotive financing
