Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and creative Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our marketing consultant team to craft and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, coordinate with our television marketing partner for TV campaigns, and engage with potential referral sources to promote our regenerative medicine therapies. This role requires a unique blend of digital marketing skills, the ability to manage multimedia content, and a charismatic personality for effective outreach and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our marketing consultant to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate efforts with our television marketing company to enhance and align our TV marketing strategies.

- Engage with potential referral sources, such as physical therapists, other physicians, and chiropractors, to educate and inform them about our regenerative medicine therapies with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Work with our physicians to produce video content for educational and promotional purposes, ensuring the content is suitable for reposting across various social media platforms.

- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize future efforts.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and social media best practices to keep our marketing efforts at the forefront of innovation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing manager role, with a strong portfolio of successful digital and television marketing campaigns.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of audiences.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience managing content across these channels.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals, including external partners and consultants.

- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign management.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in marketing regenerative medicine or related therapies.

- Proficiency in video production and editing software to assist with content creation.
