The IS Analyst will serve as the initial point of support & troubleshooting for account administration, desktops/laptops, mobile devices, Point of Sale Systems, applications, hardware, and network connectivity problems remotely or for corporate users onsite.
Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues faced by store and corporate staff and gather all necessary information to accurately assess reported issues.
• Perform troubleshooting on all IT issues including networking, system/application access, software, and hardware.
• Coordinate vendor and field technician resources to prioritize and provide timely resolution of escalated issues.
• Direct unresolved issues to the proper internal resource for escalation and facilitate support until a resolution is provided.
• Provide updates to customers and management on the status of urgent, recurring, and high-profile problems.
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Assist with departmental projects as needed.
• A Certification OR
• Associate Degree in a related field OR
• 2 years of similar IT support experience
• Experience working in a Customer Service/Client focused environment
• Experience working with Windows 7 and 10
• Experience working with iOS and Android
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
• Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP, VOIP, LAN and Wireless protocols
• Knowledge of PC imaging solutions
