Job Description:
Need a composer routing/platform developer having good analytical and development skillset with flexibility to learn and adopt.

A Genesys Core and Voice engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Genesys customer engagement solutions. Some specific responsibilities include:

• Design and configuration of Genesys Core and Voice components, including IVR, call routing, and call recording.
• Integration of Genesys Core and Voice solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and databases.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Genesys Core and Voice systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and customer support, to provide end-to-end customer engagement solutions.
• Management of Genesys upgrades, patches, and security updates to keep the systems up-to-date and secure.
• Development of custom scripts and applications to enhance the functionality of Genesys Core and Voice systems.
• Provision of technical support and training to end-users and other technical teams.
