Education &Experience
- BA/BS degree and 8 years of work experience
- Masters degree or MBA preferred
Key Qualifications
- BA/BS degree plus 8 years of work experience, Masters degree or MBA preferred
- A tenacity, passion and demonstrated skill in negotiations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills
- Can build, grow and develop key cross-functional relationships to be able to influence and drive projects
- Ability to operate independently
- Interest in technology
- Ability to make quick decisions and solve complex problems with 80% information
- Experience in supplier management and operations and ability to solve complex supply chain issues a plus
- End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus
- Direct experience in long-term capacity planning a plus
